Music on the Hill - CONCERT CANCELLED
Music on the Hill presents “Ava and Friends” for their 10th season at St. Aidan’s Church in Diamond Heights, in San Francisco, after 10 years at St. Kevin's Church in Bernal Heights.
Performing piano trios by Dvorak, Piazzolla and Shostakovich.
Bay Area chamber musicians Evan Kahn & Kate Stenberg join Music on the Hill artistic director, Ava Soifer in an exciting program of Piano Trios. A former member of the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble, & the Del Sol String Quartet, Kate Stenberg currently performs as soloist and collaborative artist. Evan Kahn, is principal cellist of the Symphony Silicon Valley & performs with the new music series “After Everything”.

Robert Honstein and Kate Stenberg venture out into the cold, wintery regions of Philadelphia, PA for the final segment of their project together. A Four/Ten Media special video will feature Honstein’s three movement work “Middle Ground”, originally composed for Kate Stenberg and Nancy Karp + Dancers.
